Lateness Please contact me if you know you’ll be late. To avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments, arrivals more than 15 minutes late will require rescheduling. Cancellation & No-Show Policy I value your time, and I ask that you value mine as well. Please review my cancellation and no-show policy before booking: • Each client is allowed one excused same-day cancellation or no-show with no penalty. • After your excused appointment, a $20 fee will be charged for any same-day cancellations or no-shows. • An invoice will be sent for the fee, and you will not be able to rebook until it is paid.
